These terms explain how our platform works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you in return. This website is operated by Osaka Castle Tour. We provide online ticket reservations for guided Osaka Castle tours departing from Osaka Castle Park and Kuromon Ichiba Market in Osaka, Japan. When you complete a purchase through our website, you are reserving directly with us. We handle ticket issuance, confirmations, customer service and payment coordination.

We provide valid tickets for the date and departure time you select. We do not control external conditions such as weather, seasonal closures announced by the City of Osaka, travel delays, personal scheduling conflicts, or operational changes made by the tour operator.

This website is intended for personal use only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape content, schedules or pricing data. All information entered during checkout — including guest names, contact details and tour dates — must be accurate and complete.

Ticket prices shown on the website may include service and processing fees. The total amount is displayed before you finalise payment. Once payment is confirmed, your booking price is fixed. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers; we do not store complete card numbers or security codes on our servers. Prices are quoted in Japanese yen (¥) unless stated otherwise.

Each ticket type carries its own cancellation conditions, which are shown before purchase. Standard tours can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund. Combination tours, the food market tour and the private custom tour require 48 hours' notice, since a guide is arranged specifically for your day. Inside the applicable window, the booking is non-refundable. Tickets already used, scanned or past their scheduled tour date cannot be refunded. If a tour is cancelled by the operator due to weather or a castle closure, you may rebook for another available departure or request a full refund. If you believe there is an issue with your order, you agree to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute. Most issues are resolved quickly by email. Starting a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution. Abusive or fraudulent disputes may result in restricted access to our platform.

We are responsible for issuing valid tickets that match the details confirmed at checkout. We are not responsible for:

• Changes to tour operator schedules or itinerary adjustments
• Personal travel delays, train delays or parking availability
• Missed departure times or late arrival at the meeting point
• Weather, park or tower closures announced by the City of Osaka, or other circumstances beyond our control

Our responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

All written content, branding, photography, layout and design materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Osaka Castle Tour. Reproducing or distributing website content without written permission is not allowed.

We may restrict or suspend access for users who violate these terms, submit fraudulent disputes, or otherwise misuse the platform.

From time to time, updates may be made to these terms. The revised version will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the website after changes are published indicates acceptance.
