Who you are actually booking with

Osaka Castle Tour is an independent tour bookings site. We list ten guided ways to see Osaka Castle — walking tours of the grounds, reserved tower and museum admission, family and private options, and combination days that pair the castle with Dotonbori, Kuromon Ichiba Market or the Umeda Sky Building — and we arrange the guide and, where relevant, the reserved entry.

That is the whole business. We do not sell hotels, flights or unrelated attraction passes, and we are not affiliated with any other Osaka landmark beyond describing how it connects to the castle on our combination tours.

We do not run Osaka Castle. The park, the main tower and its museum are owned and operated by the City of Osaka. Their hours, admission rules and closures govern what you can actually do on the day, and their decisions on the tower or the observation deck override anything printed on our site.

We are not a government or tourism authority, and we are not affiliated with one. Nothing on this site is an official notice from the City of Osaka or any national tourism body.

We are not based inside the park. The Osaka Castle Park address you see on this site is the meeting point for our tours, not our office — there is no counter there with our name on it. We are an online booking service and we are reached by email.

You choose a tour, a date and the number of guests, and enter your details at checkout over an encrypted connection. Your booking is recorded against your name and a booking reference is emailed to you.

Our team then confirms your guide and, on tours that include tower admission, arranges the reserved entry. This is why a booking is not instant to the second — a person is involved. It is also why, if a date turns out to be unavailable, you are told and refunded rather than left with a booking that does not exist.

We never display a full card number back to you, and we never send one by email. If a message claiming to be from us asks you to reply with card details, it is not from us — forward it to support@osakacastletour.com and we will confirm.

Because those are the ways we think are genuinely worth taking. The park and the tower support dozens of possible combinations of route, pace and add-on, and a site that lists forty differently named "Osaka experiences" is usually listing the same guided walk under forty titles.

We would rather describe ten tours properly: what is actually included, how long they take once travel time is honest, whether tower admission is part of the price, and which one suits a family, a photographer or someone who wants a private guide.

AI-generated illustrations, not photographs — and we would rather say that plainly than let it look like something it is not. This is a new site for Osaka Castle and no licensed or commissioned photography has been shot for it yet. Every image currently on the site is an AI-generated depiction of Osaka Castle, Dotonbori, Kuromon Ichiba Market and the Umeda Sky Building, rather than a photograph of them, built from descriptions of the real places this site sells tours to.

Email is the way in, and a person answers it — there is no ticket queue and no chatbot. Include your booking reference if you have one and you will usually hear back the same day.
